The City of Baltimore is going through some big changes right now. Some parts of the city are getting better with new jobs and improvements, but not all neighborhoods are getting the same benefits. Some neighborhoods are still struggling, with houses that aren't safe or affordable.

To help these neighborhoods, we have a plan called the Framework for Community Development. We want to make sure that all neighborhoods have a chance to improve. There are specific areas in the city that we're focusing on, such as Broadway East, Coldstream Homestead Montebello, East Baltimore Midway, Johnston Square, Park Heights, South West, Upton, Druid Heights and Penn North.

We also want to hear from the people who live in these neighborhoods. We're having Community Conversations where residents and others can talk to us and tell us what they think. We have a video that explains all of this if you want to learn more about our plan and the conversations we're having.
