Let’s Ride to Work Let’s Ride to Work is a rideshare program for adult Baltimore City residents who are newly employed. Eligible participants will receive up to 40 free Lyft rides to and from work. Go to the Let's Ride to Work page to sign up for your rides! 
Train Up Train Up provides Baltimore City residents with free job training and skills essential to Baltimore’s growing industries. Over 15 providers train Baltimore City residents in areas including Commercial Driving, Industrial Sewing Machine Operation, CNA/GNA and much more! Go to the Train Up page to see all training programs and sign up today! 
Apprenticeships 

Baltimore City residents can apply for apprenticeships in fields including CDL certification, technology and more! 

 Baltimore City employers may receive $2,500 per apprentice to pay for training, wages, or support services.

Hire Up Hire Up is a transitional jobs program for Baltimore City residents. Program participants will receive a job at a city agency or nonprofit for up to 6 months that pays $16 per hour for 35 to 40 hours per week. During those 6 months, we’ll help you with finding a full-time job. Many participants go on to have full-time careers with their temporary employer.Go to the Hire Up program page to sign up today! 
Community Job Hubs Our Job Centers are open for in-person services throughout Baltimore City. No appointment is required. Baltimoreans can find job placement assistance, free financial counseling and credit repair, free training and more! Go to the MOED Service Locations page to find a location near you.  
Grads2Careers Grads2Careers helps Baltimore City Schools graduates connect with free job training and find employment. YouthWorks Through YouthWorks, teens and young adults ages 14–21 are offered summer positions with private, nonprofit, and city and state government employers throughout Baltimore City. Mobile Career NavigatorsResidents can request to meet mobile career navigators at libraries, coffee shops and other public places around Baltimore City. You choose the location and we come to you! Businesses and organizations can invite mobile career navigators to their events, chapter meetings or locations.
