What We Do
311 connects Baltimore residents, businesses & visitors by providing a resource of city services. You can speak with a live agent, visit online or use the 311 mobile app. Residents can report a problem, request a service, and check the status of a service request. You can also receive information about City programs and the latest events.
With 311, you can:
- tell us about a problem you've noticed
- ask for a service you need
- find out what's going on with a request you've already made
- get information about city programs or events
- report something to the police that's not an emergency
Our Call Center Operations are Monday to Friday: 6am to 10pm and Saturday & Sunday: 6am to 10pm. Call 3-1-1, within City of Baltimore and if you are outside of the City call: 443-263-2220.
311 Mobile App
Baltimore residents and visitors can use the 311 mobile app to report issues. Get the app on iPhone or Android to let us know about potholes, missed trash and other concerns.
The 311 mobile app is an extra convenience for reporting issues, but it does not replace the option to call 311.
