Doing Business With the City

Suppliers must register and submit invoices directly through Workday.

To bid with the Bureau of Procurement (BOP), you must register as a supplier in the Workday system. You can still view bidding opportunities without a Workday account.

In the portal, you are able to:

Your supplier information is protected and cannot be viewed by other suppliers.

Any supplier contact (registered under an active supplier account) with a username and password will have access to the Supplier Self-Service portal.

An active supplier is anyone who:

Was issued a Purchase Order (PO) and/or Expenditure Authorization (EA) by the City of Baltimore after June 14, 2020
Billed an invoice after June 14, 2020
Received payment from the City of Baltimore after June 14, 2020

Remember: As the Primary User, you can add additional users to your company/organization.
