Welcome to Charm City! 

Whether you live, work or play in Baltimore, the Charm City Circulator and the Harbor Connector can take you everywhere you want to go downtown. Best of all, they’re free! 

Hours of Operation 

Sun: 9 am – 8 pm 
Mon-Thu: 7 am – 8 pm 

Fri: 7 am – Midnight 
Sat: 9 am –Midnight

Charm City Circulator Routes

The Charm City Circulator has four routes: 

Green Route: City Hall to Fells Point and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Buses arrive every 20 minutes at each stop.

Purple Route: 33rd Street to Federal Hill. Buses arrive every 13 minutes at each stop.

Orange Route: Hollins Market to Harbor East. Buses arrive every 10 minutes at each stop.

Banner Route: Inner Harbor to Fort McHenry. Buses arrive every 40 minutes at each stop.

Cherry Route: Inner Harbor to Cherry Hill. Buses arrive every 20 minutes at each stop

Buses run every 15 to 20 minutes, with the Banner Route running every 20-25 minutes. If there are any service interruptions, we will announce them on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

All About the Circulator

Charm City Circulator makes over 100 stops along five routes, traveling through some of Baltimore’s most charming neighborhoods, from Mount Vernon to Federal Hill, from the University of Maryland to Fells Point, and everywhere in between. 

It’s no wonder many of our friends and neighbors rely on the Circulator to get around downtown and connect to other transit options like light rail, MARC, the subway, or Harbor Connector

Our fast, friendly, and free transit network is a convenient, reliable, and eco-friendly form of public transportation, serving residents, commuters, students, tourists - anyone who has somewhere to be downtown.
