The Baltimore City Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) is making up to $500,000 available from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund to support Community Land Trust (CLTs) operating costs. Qualified applicants can request up to $100,000 per Community Land Trust entity. See link to the NOFA guidelines below. The NOFA application portal will open on 8/29/2023. Applications are due by 4:00 PM EST on 10/06/2023 via the Neighborly application portal.

Community Land Trust - Homeownership NOFA
The Baltimore City Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) is making up to $4.0 million available from its Affordable Housing Trust Fund to support homeownership projects sponsored by Community Land Trusts (CLTs). Qualified applicants can request up to $1,000,000.00 per project. Application submissions will be accepted on a "rolling" basis through June 30, 2024. Notification of awards will be issued within 90 days of application submission. DHCD will host a virtual Pre-Proposal Conference for this NOFA on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, from 5pm -6:30pm.

New Construction/Preservation of Existing Rental Housing NOFA - Round Four
The Department of Housing & Community Development made up to $10,750,000 million available from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund to support new construction of affordable rental housing and/or rehabilitation of existing rental projects for affordable housing, including $2 million in set asides for Community Land Trusts and emerging developers.
