General Information
Below are the basic information needed for any permit application:
1. Project information
- Applicant's role in the project
- Address and contact information of property owner
2. Description of the work, event, or change of use under the permit
Provide specific information based on your permit category. Examples of required information for this step include:
- The property address in the permit
- Description of work or event or change of use
- Estimated cost of the project or work
- Existing and proposed use of the address
- Fixtures/element(s) being added/replaced/installed under the permit (residential and non-residential: electrical/mechanical/gas/plumbing/devices)
- Type of structure being demolished, count, and dimension (Demolition (razing) Permit)
- Add tent or structure information (Temporary Events permit)
3. Add Contractor Information and/or Upload Supporting Documentation (when applicable)
Dependent on the permit category and the work under the permit.
- Include the contractor license number and name (if applicable).
- Attach any documents in PDF format (if applicable).
