Pimlico Local Impact Aid FY25 Community Funding Requests

As of September 1, 2023, the Baltimore City Department of Planning welcomes community partners to submit funding requests for FY25 Pimlico Local Impact Aid Spending Plan line items. Funding can be used for a wide variety of community development projects in the area around Pimlico Racetrack, including infrastructure improvements; facilities; public safety; sanitation; economic and community development, including housing; and other public services and improvements. Eligible nonprofit organizations can apply for funding to lead their own projects, or make requests to City agencies to advance projects that will create meaningful change in the Park Heights Master Plan area and the One-Mile Radius.

For best consideration, please submit funding requests by Friday, October 20, 2023. Groups will have until Thursday, January 11, 2024, to finalize their requests, but submission by October means that your project will be considered for inclusion in the preliminary draft Spending Plan for FY25. Click here for details. Email pcda@baltimorecity.gov with any questions.
