The mission of the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) is to make homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring in Baltimore City.
Key Initiatives & ProgramsPublic and private partnerships help meet the needs of our neighbors experiencing homelessness. Together, we are working to improve Baltimore City's homeless response system.

239 Households exited homelessness to a more secure housing option. |
5,539 Residents were enrolled in Coordinated Access. |
2,138 Residents were provided with shelter in City-funded programs. |
2,138 Unhoused residents received services from our Homeless Outreach Team. |
