Become Job Ready

Job seekers learn skills to be "ready for a job" based on the 21st-Century Job Readiness Standards. These standards were made with help from businesses and the Baltimore Workforce Development Board. They make a clear way for employers and job seekers to understand what knowledge and skills are needed to do well at work.
