BALTIMORE, MD (Tuesday, August 27, 2024) – Today, the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services, in collaboration with the Baltimore City Continuum of Care, has announced that the applications for the local FY 2024 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) program competition are now available.
The Continuum of Care (CoC) program promotes a community-wide commitment to ending homelessness. The program provides funding to nonprofit providers and state and local governments to quickly rehouse individuals and families experiencing homelessness while minimizing the impacts of trauma and dislocation. The program also promotes self-sufficiency and access to mainstream programs by individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
