What is the Valet Parking Regulations Program?
Restaurants and other businesses sometimes hire valet services to park cars for their customers, often for a fee. When providing this service requires a reserved space adjacent to a curb during specific times, a Baltimore City Valet Operator's License and Valet Parking Zone Permit are needed.
The Valet Regulations Program reserves the City's right-of-way for valet operations to businesses that meet the qualifications that are established by Baltimore City Code.
