FACETS Report
In December 2019, the City of Baltimore hired FACETS Consulting, LLP to perform a comprehensive assessment of the Baltimore City Fire Department (BCFD). The assessment was geared toward assisting BCFD in identifying and addressing challenges, while helping improve the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the department’s daily operations.
The BCFD FACETS Report was successfully completed and released in November 2021.

S. Stricker Street Report
The Board of Inquiry (BOI) report on the fatal S. Stricker Street fire on January 24, 2022 is complete. The BOI is a thorough look into the S. Stricker Street fatal fire to offer recommendations and suggestions based on their discoveries to help the department move forward with safety protocols and further protect all members.
