Online Training Sign-In Instructions (Chapters 1 thru 4 mandatory) scheduling your in-person training class. 

*Note: You must complete Step 1 prior to scheduling your in-person training.

Step 1:  Create an Account

To begin your online training, first time users will need to Create an Account to access the Maryland State Board of Elections welcome page:

  • Click Create An Account 
  • A "New User Registration" page will open. Complete the fields by entering your first and last name. (It is a best practice to use the same name that you gave when you completed your application to work as an Election Judge.) Enter your email address. 
  • The Election code is included in the training letter you received. 
  • Select the "I'm not a robot" box and follow the instructions.  Click Next to open the "Self Registration Login" page and complete the required fields, .

Note: when selecting your County, click the icon to the right of "*County."

Step 2: Schedule Your Training Class

You may register for your training class either online or by phone.

When you register online:

  • Click the Log In button on the right side of the screen. 
  • Enter the email address you associated with your account and click Continue
  • If this is your first time signing in, click Forgot your Password for a new password to be emailed to you. 
  • Once logged in, select your class type on the left and click Apply (your class type is found on the front of your training letter).  Use the calendar tool find and select a class. 
  • Click Book and follow the prompts to confirm your registration.  If you did not provide the Baltimore City Board of Elections with an email address, you must call to register for classes.
