All hearings are being held in person at 417 E. Fayette Street, 8th Floor, Planning Commission Board Room. 

Appeals are scheduled in the order they are received.  If you do not receive an email and your case is not on the docket, your hearing is not scheduled, but will be placed on a future docket.  If you would like to postpone your hearing, please call our office at (410) 396-4301 or email bmza@baltimorecity.gov as soon as possible.  Please bring copies of any evidence with you that you would like to submit for the Board to consider, such as photographs, correspondence, etc. to the hearing. 

A decision will be mailed approximately 30 days after the hearing.
