About Our Parking Garages 

Having a monthly contract at one of our garages can save you money. The Parking Authority manages 13 garages and 23 surface lots throughout the City of Baltimore.  Professional parking operators manage these facilities and lots. The Parking Authority oversees the management companies. 

Purchase Monthly Parking 

Our  online system lets you: 

• Search for monthly parking
  • View garage amenities (such as electric vehicle charging station availability)
  • Add your name to a waitlist
• Manage your existing account online including:
  • Update account information
  • View or download invoices
  • Pay bills online
• Sign up for a new monthly contract,  You can pick up your access card directly from the garage manager.
• Here’s a map view of all city-owned garages on Google Maps. 

Parking Access Revenue and Control System (PARCS) Upgrades 

Starting in July 2024, we began updating each Baltimore City-owned garage’s parking entrance/exit equipment (Parking Access Revenue and Control System or PARCS).
