Start My Permit Process
You must apply well in advance to obtain a permit from Baltimore City Recreation and Parks (BCRP). Private events, like family gatherings, require an application 30 days before the event, with a $35 fee. For public events, like festivals, you must submit 6-8 weeks prior, with a $75 fee plus additional costs based on the event’s size and location.
