What We Do
The Mayor's Office of Government Relations ensures the city communicates well with other important government offices. Our team keeps the Mayor and the Executive Team updated on how the city works with state and federal government offices. We help the city build strong connections between all its offices. We also help make clear the city's views on state or even national laws and policies. The Director of Legislative and Government Affairs oversees our team and works with contract lobbyists in Washington, DC.
