Description
The Mayor's Office of Homeless Services, in partnership with the Baltimore City Continuum of Care, is seeking written proposals from one qualified collaborative applicant to “address and reduce persons experiencing homelessness by adding new units of permanent supportive housing through new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation through one-time CoCBuilds awards under the CoC Program”.
