About Ashley A. Meyer

Ashley A. Meyer has served as the Director of Grants Management since August 2024. Ashley joined the City of Baltimore from Baltimore County Government where she was Chief of Grants Management for the Division of Grants Management in the Office of Budget and Finance.  Ashley has more than a decade of public administration experience with prior roles in government relations, business relations, legislative affairs and operations. 

Prior to her roles in local government, Ashley was Director of Government and Business Relations for Congressman CA Dutch Ruppersberger III. Ashley has also held government relations and operations roles for the Houston Airport System, the Maryland Democratic Party, and Health Facilities Association of Maryland. Ashley began her career as Legislative Director for Delegate John Olszewski Jr.

Ashley received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Towson University and a Masters in Public Administration and Policy from American University.
