About Johanna Collado

Johanna Collado has served as the Director of Fiscal Integrity since August 2017.  In her role, Johanna leads the Fiscal Integrity team and oversees the incentive management, property valuation, and real property assessment appeals sections. Prior to her current position, Johanna served as Senior Program Assessment Analyst in the Department of Finance.  She has also held various accounting positions with Euler Hermes ACI, Grupo M, and Dominican Shoe.

Johanna received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (Dominican Republic) and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
