About Michael Dowd

Mike Dowd has lived in Baltimore City for over 15 years. Originally from Upstate New York, he settled here after living and working in Washington, DC, New York City, and Philadelphia. Mike has spent 25 years in multiple roles in corporate finance, strategy, and analysis for Cushman & Wakefield, Amtrak, and is currently the Director of Finance at The Northeast Maglev. Mike has an MS in Finance from The Smith School at the University of Maryland and a BA in English Literature from Catholic University. He lives in Northeast Baltimore with his wife, their three children, and an assortment of dogs.
