About Victoria Raabe

Victoria Raabe serves as Bureau Chief for the Department of Accounting and Payroll Services.  In this role, Victoria has responsibility for city-wide financial reporting, revenue accounting, financial control, project accounting, audits, grants management, and accounts receivable.  Prior to her current role, Victoria served in a variety of finance and accounting roles at Enoch Pratt Free Library including Business Office and Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Officer.  Victoria began her career in accounting at CohnReznick LLP as a public accounting auditor.

Raabe earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Public Accounting from Washington and Lee University and is a licensed certified public accountant.
